Horizon Bloom Consulting was born out of first-hand experience with the UK Global Talent route—not theory, not second-hand advice.
Pranjulaa’s journey began in Gwalior and unfolded during the global lockdown, while working remotely in the creative industries. It was during this period that she discovered the Global Talent Endorsement—an opportunity that quietly but decisively changed her professional trajectory.
Relocating to the UK opened doors to global networks, institutions, and creative freedom. Yet the process itself revealed a critical gap: exceptionally talented individuals, especially artists and cultural professionals, were struggling not because they lacked merit—but because they lacked clarity, structure, and guidance.
That realisation became the foundation for Horizon Bloom Consulting.
Abhishek’s path added the second pillar. A seasoned tech founder with over a decade of experience across technology, media, and global digital ecosystems, he moved to the UK in 2022 without awareness of the Global Talent route. When he eventually applied in 2023, the process was anything but smooth—rejection included. Instead of stopping, he reapplied within ten days—with a sharper strategy, clearer positioning, and stronger narrative alignment.
That experience exposed a systemic issue: world-class founders and innovators miss life-changing opportunities not due to lack of ability, but due to fragmented information and poor strategic framing.
